Watch Rae Sremmurd’s Ominous, Trippy Video For ‘Illest Walking’

While the rest of us were tucking into turkey dinners yesterday, Mississippi rap duo Rae Sremmurd were still grinding. Just off the success of songs like “No Type” and “No Flex Zone”—which earned a huge cosign from Nicki Minaj and Pusha T on an official remix—the brothers dropped the visuals for another track, “Illest Walking.”

The video, which premiered on World Star Hip Hop yesterday, has an ominous feel between the creepy Jason masks, glow-in-the-dark bottles and sparklers. Occasionally, blood washes over the screen in between spliced footage of the duo performing, dancing and driving around with the likes of Yo Gotti and Mike WiLL Made It. Watch the video below.

It makes sense that the hit producer would cameo, given he signed the pair to his Interscope Records imprint Eardruma.

Rap Up reports that their debut SremmLife is coming on January 6 of next year. But before that, we’ll get a new song called “Throw Sum Mo,” which will feature Nicki Minaj and Young Thug, and is slated for release on December 9.
